SATFX is changing Bank

NEW: Bank Account Changes at SATFX

At SATFX we build close working relationships with all our customers and pride ourselves on regular communication with you. We continue to prioritise providing value for money when it comes to your currency transfers and onward payments.

With this in mind, we are going to move all our bank accounts from one of our current banks, Metro Bank, to our other bank, Clear Bank, on 31st March 2021. The reason for this is to maximise efficiencies and to continue to provide you with the same competitive rates you are used to.

Our relationship with Clear Bank started back in 2017 and they continue to impress us with the highest quality service which has cemented our decision to consolidate our accounts with them. We are excited to evolve our service offering to you by working with Clear Bank going forward. If you require information on Clear Bank you can read more here www.clear.bank

How will this affect you?

You will notice no change in the day to day running of your FX with us. All that will change is the bank account number and sort code to transfer your funds.  You will also see Clear Bank on your statements rather than Metro Bank.

Do I need to do anything?

If you have direct debits or standing orders set up with us, you will need to amend them to our new bank details which we can provide on request.

If you do periodic trades with us, you will simply notice that there will now be a different sort code and bank account number to transfer your money to.
